Orders

When you place an order with Misled State, you are responsible for making sure all details are correct, including your name, shipping address, email address, size, colour, and product choice. Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there is an issue with payment, stock availability, incorrect information, suspected fraud, or any other reasonable reason.

Payments

All payments must be made in full at checkout. Your order will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

Shipping

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, location, courier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control. Some orders are on hand however once on hand has sold out it will auto move to pre order which can take 7-14 days. 

Misled State is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or events outside of our control.

Returns, Refunds & Final Sale Policy

All sales are final, except where required by law or where an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

If your item arrives in good condition and is exactly as ordered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for reasons such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong size, or no longer wanting the item, except where you have a legal right to cancel.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return or refund for a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, you must provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos or videos of the damage or issue

• Proof of purchase

• A clear explanation of the problem

The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging, labels, and tags where possible.

If the item has been worn, damaged after delivery, washed, altered, or returned without proof, Misled State has the right to refuse the refund or return.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be sent back in the same condition they were received. Items must not show signs of wear, stains, odour, washing, damage, or alteration.

If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we may reject the return and no refund will be given.

Refunds

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs may not be refunded unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by Misled State.

Product Information

We try to make sure all product descriptions, images, colours, prices, and details are accurate. However, colours may look slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and photography.

Misled State reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, change prices, or remove products at any time.

Sizing

Customers are responsible for checking the size guide before purchasing. We do not guarantee that every item will fit the same, as sizing may vary depending on the style, fit, and material of the product.

Lost or Incorrect Address Orders

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Misled State is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing from Misled State, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms do not affect your legal consumer rights.
